Meet the Owner / Coach:

Scott started Ascent with the mission to bring simple health and fitness solutions to clients and to provide a positive life experience for as many people as possible. He began coaching in the early 2000’s and has seen how people are under served with what much of the industry currently offers. He has developed an individualized approach to both large and small group training that gives people more than just a workout. When he is not working with his team, or coaching members, he can be found spending time with his wife Tracy, playing beach volleyball, mountain biking or building stuff.

 Meet Coach Jen:

Jen’s aim is to train and educate individuals how to better exercise. Whether it is strength and conditioning, weight loss, balance training, or injury prevention, Jen has a personalized program that is both detailed and precise. Her philosophy is to strengthen and educate in a way that both protects and empowers. Educating and strengthening each unique individual to perform the best at whatever they do is the heartbeat of what Jen does.

Jen is both an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Strength Coach. She loves to empower athletes, the elderly, and everyone in between to new levels. For Jen, it is not just about losing weight and looking fit – it is about discovering new levels of overall health, energy, and inspiration.
