Our Team Training classes are designed to help you maximize fat loss and improve your conditioning. We meet you at your level so everyone is welcome! Our MOVE sessions are 45 min each and are adjusted to fit each participant’s fitness level. Anyone can make you tired, we make you better!

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our small group personal training program consists of groups of 4-16 people and provides an affordable solution to those looking to build strength, gain muscle and improve performance. While our TEAM TRAINING classes focus on metabolic conditioning, our SMALL GROUP PT classes focus on lifting weights and building strength. Each monthly BUILD session is part of a structured program and is adapted to fit the abilities of each person.
Small Group PT Includes:
– Unlimited access to our high energy Team Training classes AND our Small group PT program.
– Training App with each month’s program (IOS & Android) used to log workouts and train remotely when traveling.
SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
